Who can I get in touch with to discuss academic research at the Guildhall School of Business and Law?
Please contact our Head of Research, Professor Doris Schedlitzki: d.schedlitzki@londonmet.ac.uk
We pride ourselves on having a strong interdisciplinary and inclusive research community that embraces a plurality of research voices and reflects the diverse communities we serve. This is supported by regular research seminars, research training sessions, a school-wide research mentoring scheme and annual events such as writing retreats and Research Showcase events open to all staff.
Early-career researchers further work together with more experienced researchers and professors in small research teams to enable them to develop their research and publication skills. With these support structures in place, the Guildhall School of Business and Law is aiming to have half of all staff engaged in research activities by 2025. The School also has a thriving research student community and is continuously looking to develop high-quality research by growing this postgraduate research community further.
