On Graphic Novels and Future Cities

A talk by Luke Jones and Anna Mill, authors of Square Eyes.

Luke Jones and Anna Mill are the authors of Square Eyes, a graphic novel about robotic cities, augmented reality and digital memory, set in a future where the boundaries between memory, dreams and the virtual world blur.

They will explore how their background as architects feeds into the speculative dimension of science fiction, exploring the process of developing story and artwork, over the eight years it took to complete the project.

This talk is part of the series of the The Cass Hothouse Visual Communication talks, which feature leading industry creatives in the fields of visual communication, illustration, graphic design and publishing. The talks are open to the public and tickets cost £5. Further information may also be found at @thecasshothouse.
