Creating a sense of identity and belonging for staff and students

Our first dedicated People Strategy represents our ongoing commitment to build a thriving, supportive community, nurturing ambition, pride, wellbeing, and inclusivity. 

This new strategy outlines the next stage of our journey which will help us to create an environment where everyone feels valued, encouraged, supported and empowered in their own careers and in their role in helping us to provide the best possible experience for our students.  

Diversity and inclusion are at the core of everything we do and we are as committed as ever to this agenda. We celebrate this diversity, and our People Strategy will help us to do even more to promote wellbeing and inclusion across the University.
