Chrystalle was London Metropolitan University's Students' Union former president for the academic year 2020–21 and was also appointed as a member of the QAA Student Strategic Advisory Committee and the QAA Academic Integrity Advisory Committee.
Now as Fair Outcomes Projects Officer in the Centre for Equity and Inclusion at London Met, Chrystalle leads a number of different projects and supports the administrative needs of the Centre. Having completed her studies in Diplomacy and International Relations, Chrystalle has plans to pursue her master's and focus on a career in higher education management. She is also passionate about equity in higher education and spends her time advocating the student voice within all aspects of her work.
