Elohor is a lecturer in food science and nutrition at the School of Human Sciences and currently course leader for Food Science MSc.
Elohor is an emerging academic who majors in Food Science and Technology. She has a PhD in agriculture with specialisation in food science and technology from the University of Venda, South Africa. Has several years of teaching and research experience in tertiary institutions prior to joining London Met.
Her teaching and interests are around food processing, food chemistry, food safety, process optimisation, research methodology and nutrition and food policy.
Elohor has published several journal articles, conference papers and book chapters.
