Social Care conference with Hammersmith and Fulham council
The various speakers, who work in social care, discussed adopting a strengths-based approach to their work.

On Monday 9 December 2019, London Met held a unique one-day conference with the adult care services department of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
The aim of the conference was to look at a strengths-based practice which puts the person at the centre of social care.
The conference marks a new and exciting partnership between the two institutions.
