At London Metropolitan University we store brand assets and templates in our Google Drive, allowing staff to access these easily.
Third parties, such as creative agencies, can access these shared files too. You do not need to set up a gmail email address to access Google Drive.
Use the Create your Google account form. Rather than setting up a gmail email address, select “I prefer to use my current email address”.
Once you have completed your registration you will be able to access the folders the Marketing team has shared with you using Google Drive.
