Recognition and career development

Recognising professional learning gained through experience and acknowledging the outstanding achievements of staff is integral to our approach. It promotes and highlights the “communal cultural wealth” at London Met and invigorates staff engagement with Continuing Professional Development (CPD). CPED’s contribution here includes the development and management of the University’s CPD in Academic Practice (Advance HE Fellowship) Scheme and Teaching Fellowships Scheme, and participation in Advance HE’s Aurora programme for women’s leadership development.
