Students' Union Code of Practice

Under the Education Act 1994 the Board of Governors, as the Governing Body of the University, must take such steps as are reasonably practicable to secure that the students’ union operates in a fair and democratic manner and is accountable for its finances. In accordance with the requirements of the Education Act 1994, the University must publish a Code of Practice detailing how these requirements will be met.
