Responsibilities:
- Management of the University's academic quality monitoring processes, ensuring these reflect external requirements and respond to both institutional and subject-level TEF (the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework)
- Management of the business partnering function with Schools, in support of all quality enhancement and quality assurance activities, to include line management of the Quality Enhancement Officers
- Secretary to the University's Standards and Enhancement Committee

Liaison with students, Schools, Professional Service Departments and external bodies such as collaborative partners and the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA)
