- administrative processes and interaction with Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies (PSRBs)
- provide support for the provision of accurate Academic Quality and Development (AQD) information and document management, and the development of the AQD web presence
- liason with academic schools and professional service departments (PSDs) across the University
