Kathryn Falzon Perera
Full-Time Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies and Early Years Teacher Status.
Prior to joining the team at London Metropolitan University, Kathryn worked for many years as an early years practitioner and lead practitioner as well as a childminder and early years inspector.

Her research interest covers how the early childhood sector and practitioners within it perceive their professional identities and the impact of this on the quality of their practice.
