Dr. Sahar Al-Sudani is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at the School of Computing and Digital Media. She has a PhD in Computer Science and MA in Higher Education. She is a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy. Her career includes significant contributions to leading UK higher education institutions, including the University of Kent and King's College London. In these esteemed institutions, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape and fostering a culture of academic excellence.

Her expertise in teaching Computer Science is underpinned by her extensive pedagogical research, particularly focusing on student engagement and success.
