Projects by three practices at The Cass have been shortlisted for RIBA London Awards.

Buildings by three practices who lead studios or units at The Cass have been shortlisted for the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) London Awards.
Cottrell and Vermeulen, Mae Architects and Feilden Fowles are among the 93 practices shortlisted for the regional awards out of 208 entries.
The RIBA’s London Region represents some 12,000 members and over 1,300 chartered practices, promoting the value of good design through a range of projects.
The winning buildings will be announced at an awards ceremony at the RIBA, London on 15 May. If successful, the winners will be considered for the RIBA National Award in recognition of their architectural excellence.
The three practices and their buildings are listed below:
- Mae Architects – Brentford Lock - Unit 5 Professional Diploma in Architecture (now Architecture RIBA 2 MArch)
- Cottrell and Vermeulen – Streatham and Clapham High School - Studio 4 BA Architecture (RIBA Part 1)
- Feilden Fowles – Waterloo City Farm - Studio 11 BA Architecture (RIBA Part 1)
