The quality of teaching and learning opportunities available were among the positives highlighted by in the latest NSS results.

London Met’s School of Art, Architecture and Design has achieved stellar results in the latest National Student Survey (NSS), demonstrating the quality of learning and teaching at the University.
Two courses – Interior Design and Theatre and Performance Practice – achieved a 100% student satisfaction rate - while four others achieved over 80% - Architecture (80%), Fashion (86%), Interior Architecture and Design (90%) and Textile Design (94%).
The School offers opportunities to learn through practice, play with process and work with clients, enabling students to gain real-world experience in both individual and collaborative projects, engage with professionals, communities and companies. There is a strong emphasis in our studios on socially engaged architecture, art and design applied to both local and global contexts.
Learning opportunities were also highlighted, with 94% of students in the field of Design, Creative and Performing Arts agreeing that the course provided them with opportunities to explore ideas or concepts in-depth, and that their course provided information to bring together information and ideas from different topics; and 91% of those surveyed were satisfied with the quality of teaching.
