An opportunity to showcase the work being undertaken to benefit our students and the wider community.

Date: 24/04/2015

Guildhall Business & Law recently welcomed a host of esteemed guests from the City of London to showcase the work which is being undertaken to benefit our students and the wider community.

The evening was an opportunity for the academic and business worlds to unite whilst giving an insight into the latest exciting developments at Guildhall Business & Law. It signalled the beginning of a programme of long term projects with the City which will result in mutually beneficial outcomes for both industry and our students.

Throughout the evening guests were able to explore a carefully curated exhibition by the University archivists Peter Fisher and Louise Slater which outlined the history of both the University and Electra House.

Dean Professor Stephen J. Perkins said “It's wonderful to welcome our friends and neighbours to Electra House to build on our already strong relationship. We are delighted that we are able to be part of such a thriving community”
