Graduate success for MSc Network Management and Security students

Graduates of MSc Network Management and Security are enjoying unprecedented success in the employment market. Five of these recent Masters graduates have gone on to work for Cisco - the market leader in the Communications Technology industry. The Cisco website promotes the concept of the "Internet of Everything" and their tagline "Tomorrow starts here" is certainly true for our graduates as they begin their career journey.

Dr Shahram Salekzamankhani, Manager of the School of Computing’s Cisco Networking Academy, is immensely proud of these students’ success. Shahram and the course team should be proud, judging by what their students say:

"I owe a large part of my success to London Met and the people I met there. Every experience I went through in London Met, big and small, played a role in my story."

"Special thanks go to Dr Shahram Salekzamankhani, Mr Harry Benetatos & Dr Nicholas Ioannides. They are excellent instructors and they encouraged me to achieve the position within Cisco."

"This year has been absolutely life changing. I received an education from inspired, challenging, and caring teachers in a variety of fields, the kind of professional education that would be hard to surpass anywhere."

"Currently I am working at Cisco as an Associate Systems Engineer, and feel this would have not been possible without the support of the University. I would like to personally thank all the instructors that made this possible, especially Dr Shahram Salekzamankhani, Harry Benetatos, Dr Nicholas Ioannides and Tarik Molalign. Without them, I would have not achieved what I have done today."

"I would like take this opportunity to thank everyone in London Metropolitan University who helped me achieve a successful career especially Computer Networking and Network Management & Security course lecturers."
