Dr Tim Parsons and Dr Daniel Silverstone in conjunction with DCAF and the OSCE delivered presentations on the subject of community policing to the Armenian police service.
The focus of the two day workshop was how to improve police co-operation with state and non-state actors. The conference was attended by heads of the police service, local NGOs and parliamentarians.
