Being recognised as an accredited centre of the Chartered Management Institute

The University has, once again, been recognised as an accredited centre of the Chartered Management Institute.

Date: 22 February 2018

The Guildhall School of Business and Law has maintained its status as an accredited centre of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Students on the MBA courses and Business Management BA benefit from this accreditation as it offers access to facilities the CMI offer.

“To be accredited as a recognised CMI centre is great news for our students as it means they will be able to take full advantage of all that the CMI offer,” said Professor Dean Bartlett, Head of Department of Business and Management at London Met.

“Students benefit from the accredited centre status from the CMI in many ways which are invaluable to their employability and future development. With access to professional CMI mentors for expert advice and over 200,000 online jobs from one interface, the membership of this UK chartered body opens up a library of online learning resources and a professional qualification which 90% of managers say improved their performance.”

The CMI is the only chartered professional body dedicated to management and leadership, and a standard setter over many years.
