Professor Bartlett has taught across many of the School's undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and supervises doctoral students. He is an active researcher and has published widely in a number of peer-reviewed journals, as well as producing sole-authored and edited volumes.

The Professor's particular research interests are in evidence-based management, innovation and sustainable, responsible and progressive management practices.
