If you're from a non-European/non-EEA country, you'll be required to take a UK visas and immigration (UKVI) approved Secure English Language Test (SELT) from a UKVI approved centre in order to study one of our International Foundation Programmes. These requirements apply to all applicants that are not of majority English speaking nationality as defined by the UK Home Office, or those who do not possess a degree awarded, studied and conferred in a majority English speaking country.
If you're starting an International Foundation Programme in September, the following Secure English Language Test (SELT) minimum scores are required:

Component scores required:
Listening: 5.5
Reading: 5.5
Writing: 5.5
Speaking: 5.5
Please note, the test must be taken at a UKVI approved centre.

Confirming your test results to us
If you're already holding a conditional offer with us, you should respond to this offer when you receive the results of your test by uploading your chosen English language test certificate (official copy scans only). We will confirm and verify your results and contact you accordingly. You can upload your English Language Certificate by logging into our applicant portal with your username and password.
