Application links and information

The application process

Application methods

All applications must be made online or through UCAS. Please ensure that your agency does not submit paper applications through email.

  • Postgraduate course applications for both EU and non-EU applicants should be submitted directly to the University through the online application form.
  • Undergraduate course applications for all undergraduate applicants should be submitted through UCAS.
  • PhD applications are processed by our Research and Graduate School. Please read and follow their guidelines for research degree students to submit PhD applications.

Registering new user details and logging an application

To enter an application, please use our course finder or the course lists to find the course that the student would like to apply for. On the course page you will find links for "How to apply". Please ensure you select the correct method of application for the course. (please see above 'Application Methods')

Please note that every new individual applicant should be registered as a ‘new user’. This creates a unique username and password specific to the student you are applying on behalf of. Any returning applicants can be logged in using their previous user details.

Completing the online application form

Please follow the instructions on our online application guidance webpage to fill in the online application form correctly, or use the application guidance in the UCAS website if submitting an undergraduate application.

Important note about contact address information

Please ensure the home address information and the correspondence address information is correctly provided. ‘Correspondence address’ information should be populated with the agent’s contact details and the home address information populated with the applicants contact details

This will ensure that both the agent and applicant are contacted in a timely manner.

Ensuring receipt of your commission payment

For online applications

All registered agents are required to provide their unique London Met Agent Code in the application declaration section. Failure to do this could affect you receiving your commission payment.

For UCAS applications

When submitting an application through UCAS you must to include your Agent specific ID number within the personal statement section - at the top, before inserting the student's statement. Please write Agent Code followed by your specific ID number.

IT related issues

If you have any issues with the application system please contact onlineapplication@londonmet.ac.uk with the user details, and a brief description of the problem.
