We need to collect and use certain types of information about people with whom we deal in order to operate. You will be required to submit information about yourself (eg name, email address etc) to book and use services both on our website and in person. Storing personal details enables us to provide you with a quick and efficient service.
We take very seriously the importance of secure storage and correct treatment of personal information. Whenever you provide such information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy and the Data Protection Act 1998. We will endeavour to act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current internet best practice.
2. Submitting personal information
Information you provide us will be used to:
- process online bookings
- keep you up-to-date with special offers and services
- send you information by letter, email or to contact you by telephone
3. Access to your personal information
You have a right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We charge £10 for information requests. Please address requests to:

4. Users under 18 years
If you are under 18, please get your parent or guardian’s permission before you provide any personal information to us via this website or in person.
We do not disclose any data about you without your permission unless we are required to do so. We will take all reasonable care to keep your data secure and prevent unauthorised access to it.
6. Loss or damage
6.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
6.2 We will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to any articles or possessions that you may bring with you into the Clinic. There are lockers which you may use while on the premises.
7. Changes/cancelations of appointments
Changes can be made to an appointment no later than 48 hours before a booking (Monday to Friday). Any changes made within this 48 hour period are chargeable/non-refundable.
