The Schools’ Administration Officer plays a central role in delivering high quality administrative support to academic Schools, contributing to the smooth operation of activities including staffing processes, course coordination, and internal communications. Reporting to the Schools’ Administration Coordinator, you will be supportive and encouraging of others in the team helping to build co-operation by setting an example and showing a flexible approach to delivering team results. You will work collaboratively with academic and professional service teams to deliver timely and accurate support. Through proactive engagement and continuous improvement, you will help enhance service delivery and supports the Schools in maintaining an inclusive and effective academic environment.
