Victoria works within the Centre for Equity and Inclusion to help create a safer, more inclusive environment for students and staff. She specialises in sexual violence and harassment prevention and response, bringing a trauma‑informed and compassionate approach to this work.

Her focus is on strengthening how universities prevent harm, respond to disclosures, and support those affected, with a clear commitment to intersectional and culturally responsive practice that recognises the diverse experiences within university communities.

Drawing on extensive experience supporting victim‑survivors, Victoria now works with the Centre to review and improve institutional approaches to prevention and response. At London Met, she is committed to building systems that are fair, supportive, and grounded in equity, while meeting statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
