Susanne Ehrlich

In 2000, Susanne finished her MSc Psychology (with a minor in Economics) at Mannheim University, Germany, where her focus was within the field of Occupational Psychology. After her studies she worked as a business psychologist in the insurance and retail industry. As Manager in Learning & Development she developed and delivered training courses in communication, stress management, sales and presentation skills. As Head of Recruitment and Development she developed the company-wide training programme (sales, leadership and technical knowledge) and implemented a new recruitment process at all levels of the organisation.

 

 

Susanne Ehrlich joined London Metropolitan University in February 2008 teaching on HR and Business Psychology modules. Since January 2009 she is appointed as a Senior Lecturer. Susanne was course leader for the BSc Business Psychology from 2009 to 2012. Currently she is teaching on the BA Business Management. Her research interests in student feedback, engagement and motivation grew while studying for an MA in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.Based on her work experience in the field of HRM, further research interests are innovative approaches in evaluating organisational recruitment methods, competency-based assessment and talent management.
