Paul Jennings

Paul is the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Lead with London Met International College.

Paul has extensive experience lecturing in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and leading an academic team. He has been a member of the College since 2022 and has been an integral part of its development during that time. He previously taught and lectured for Middlesex University on both pre-sessional and in-sessional programmes. His responsibilities include managing, developing and delivering EAP modules, supporting and advising students and teaching staff, development and implementation of assessments, creation of course materials, and upholding academic integrity and standards.

He also has a background in English as a foreign language and has taught many thousands of students from more than 100 countries around the world. This work has included providing IELTS, TOEFL and Cambridge Exam preparation at several UK and Overseas Language Schools.

Paul is a Fellow of Advance HE and holds a Full DELTA from Cambridge University Assessment and an MSc in Polar and Alpine Change from the University of Sheffield. He has a good deal of experience in both studying and working in higher education environments and has a wide knowledge base upon which he structures his management and teaching.
