David Nevill is the head of skills training for the UK, Middle East and Africa, within the Global Services division of State Street Bank. David has over 25 years’ experience of working in the financial services industry and has been in a training role for the past 15 year. As a training professional he has delivered training courses in 14 countries, as diverse as Kuwait and South Africa. After completing a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies at the University of Brighton, David worked for Legal & General, Lloyds Global Custody and then State Street Bank in a variety of client service roles. While at State Street, David embarked on a career as a training professional, working in the skills training team. He gained a Certificate in Training Practice with CIPD in 2007. David has a strong interest in employability skills and has worked for a number of years with the Adab Trust, delivering employability themed workshops to Universities across London.
