Mark is the programme Director for the NLAWARP and the UK Cyber Technical Advisory Group. Mark holds an MRes gained at London Metropolitan University in 2000 and has completed a Doctoral Training Programme at De Montfort University. Currently he is working towards a PhD by publication. Mark is an NCSC Certified Cyber Professional and Chartered Fellow of the BCS and a Chartered Manager.

Mark’s special interests cover Cyber Incident Collaboration, Information Governance with respect to Cyber Security, Information Assurance and Cyber Incident Response. Mark has authored the Local Public Services Data Handling Guidelines, which are used by Local Authorities across the UK.
Guest lecturer in Cyber and Information Security, Threat Intelligence and Information Assurance.
