Dr McCann is responsible for two MA International Relations degrees (Globalisation and Interdisciplinary). He is also the chair of the Board of Examiners for all GIR taught postgraduate courses.
His teaching encompasses European Union politics and comparative and international political economy at both under and postgraduate levels. He is currently supervising PhD students undertaking research in the field of EU foreign policy and its institutional development. He is also interested in supervising work in comparative political economy.
