Rethinking Strategy for Creative Industries: Innovation and Interaction (Routledge Research in Creative and Cultural Industries Management). Authored by Dr Milan Todorovic, Senior Lecturer in Creative Industries and course leader of BA (Hons) Music Business and Live Entertainment at London Met, this book also comprises a chapter co-written with Dr Ali Bakir, of Bucks New University.

Creative Industry practices are increasingly manifested through hybrid models and methods and emerging sub-sectors. With ever finer dividing lines between form and content, product and service, participation and consumption, the distinctions between sectors are increasingly blurred, while new, convergent models emerge.

The book proposes a new approach to strategic thinking, supported and elaborated by opinion leaders, influencers, entrepreneurs and artists. The fieldwork comprises extensive research, including 22 interviews, observations and educational case studies fit for advanced experimental projects in student-industry relations.

Forbes reviewed Rethinking Strategy for Creative Industries and said "Drawing on extensive original research and analysis, the London Metropolitan University scholar has produced a helpful volume for leaders in rapidly-evolving creative industries. With the priority of enabling better strategic decision-making for business success and sustained innovation, Todorovic offers emerging principles for business modeling, engagement with fluid and interactive contexts, and navigating the ‘strategy/creativity dialectic.’"

Rethinking Strategy for Creative Industries also appeared in Forbes Brazil and was described as "16 melhores livros" ("16 best books"). Congratulations to Dr Milan Todorovic and Dr Ali Bakir on a sucessful book launch with posive reviews.
