The Cass creatives have turned their attention online with the launch of a new fashion blog
Date: Friday 22 August
The Cass at London Metropolitan University is a well-established hotbed of creativity and now some of its talented graduates have channelled their flair for fashion into the launch of a brand new fashion blog.
The blog is a joint effort between The Cass’ fashion and graphics graduates who have combined their skills to create a stylish, fashion-focused website.
The team will be posting about everything from life at The Cass to style inspiration and what’s going on in trendy East London – close to the faculty’s vibrant Aldgate campus. There will also be comment pieces and interviews with creatives.
Meet the bloggers
Cass graduates Eerika Leino, Karen Buckley and Amy Martin are the lead bloggers and will be sharing their fashion tips from here on out. You can read more about the site’s contributors on the blog.
Eerika, who graduated in BA Fashion Marketing and Textile Design this summer, is happy to have a different kind of creative outlet. She said: “We wanted the fashioned students at The Cass to have a voice – a platform to post about our interests, work and opinions.
“The aim is to spread the word about us and show our diversity as designers that come out of The Cass, show things that happen in the area of the campus and hopefully inspire people that have applied or are thinking of applying to study fashion related courses at The Cass.”
