Number of staff and volunteers under 16

Dear who this may concern,
 
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with copies of the following:  
 
1). The number of employees and volunteers of the University under 16 years of age.
2). The number of employees and volunteers of the University between 16 - 18 years of age.
3). The number of employees and volunteers of the University over 18 years of age.
 
I understand that under the Act I am entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request. Some parts of the request may be easier to answer than others. Should this be the case, I request that you release information as soon as possible. 
 
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.
 
I would prefer to receive the information electronically. 
 
If you require any clarification, I expect you to contact me under your section 16 duty to provide advice and assistance if you find any aspect of this FOI request problematic.

I write further to your request for information dated 25 January 2019.  This request has been handled by the University in accordance with its duties and obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOIA"). 
 
You requested details of:
 
1). The number of employees and volunteers of the University under 16 years of age.

2). The number of employees and volunteers of the University between 16 - 18 years of age.
3). The number of employees and volunteers of the University over 18 years of age.

These are the headcount figures for all staff with a live record on our HR / payroll system as at 12 February 2019.  Please note that the volunteers at 3) are students who are volunteering at the University as part of an accredited work placement module.
 
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your request, you may request an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter by writing to:
