I am writing to request the following information under the FOI Act 2000:

A)      How many students have been investigated in the last five years related to rape and sexual assault allegations each year in the past five years.

B)      How many students have been excluded or expelled by the university as a result of these allegations in the past five years.

I write further to your request for information dated 14 April 2019.  This request has been handled by the University in accordance with its duties and obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("FOIA").  

You requested details of:

A)      How many students have been investigated in the last five years related to rape and sexual assault allegations each year in the past five years.

B)      How many students have been excluded or expelled by the university as a result of these allegations in the past five years.

 

Your request is refused under s.22(1)(a) FOIA as the information is intended for future publication. The university will be publishing a FOIA disclosure log, with responses to previous identical requests.
