International scholarships Prompt Payment Discount

Early Payment Discount will be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with us in the 2026/27 academic year. This discount includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of your undergraduate and postgraduate studies. 

Eligibility criteria

In order to meet the criteria, you must:

• be a new student who has applied for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree with us starting in the 2026/27 academic year
• be classified as an international fee-paying student
• have paid a certain deposit amount by the relevant deadline
• hold an offer for a full-time, full-degree programme at London Met’s UK campuses.

Discount value

Up to 5% tuition fee reduction after all scholarship reductions. 

To qualify for the discounts below you need to pay your full tuition by August 6th. You can combine the International Bright Futures Scholarships with the Early Payment Discount.

To receive the 5% early payment discount, you can pay your remaining tuition fee balance as part of your deposit payment. If this payment is recieved on or before August 6th 2026, the discount will be applied to your remaining tution fee balance. For example,

£19,500 Course Fee

-£5000 Bright Futures Scholarships

In total, the remaining fees amount to £14,500

applying the 5% discount, this would reduce the amount payable to 13,775

Restrictions and Exemptions

This discount is only available for prospective full-time undergraduate and postgraduate international fee-paying students.

This discount can be combined with the International Bright Futures Scholarship. This discount is only available to new students and not to continuing or current students. If you defer your offer to study with us to a subsequent academic year, this discount may no longer be applied to your tuition fees. This discount cannot be combined with the EU Bright Futures scholarship, the Norway Bright Futures scholarship, the Switzerland Bright Futures scholarship, the USA Bright Futures scholarship, the Canada Bright Futures scholarship or the Latin American Bright Futures scholarship.

This discount can only be applied to courses completed at our London campuses and excludes distance learning and courses completed at partner institutions.

Important information

Please note, in order to qualify for the discount, we must recieve the extact amount of the remaining fees by the deadline. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that any bank fees and currency changes are included in the payment. 

This discount is open to students who meet the criteria outlined above. You do not need to submit an application for this discount.
