Enterprise Mentoring Programme

Mentoring is a supportive learning relationship where an experienced individual (the mentor) offers guidance, advice, and support to someone who is eager to learn and grow (the mentee). As a mentee, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable insights, learn from the experiences of others and receive advice that can help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

The Mentoring Programme

As part of our pilot Mentoring services, running from November 2025 to January 2026, we're offering two unique mentoring opportunities specifically designed for students and graduates like you:

  1. Phone a Founder – This format offers you the opportunity to have focussed, one-off 20-minute phone conversations with established mentors. You can submit specific questions or discuss particular areas of your business where you need guidance. This flexible format allows you to get personalised advice directly from experts. Your mentor's contact details will be shared with you solely for this individual mentoring experience.

  2. Message a Mentor – Our 'Message a Mentor' initiative connects you with experienced Enterprise mentors via email interaction.
You will be able to access personalised guidance to help you tackle business challenges, gain insights on problem solving, and receive expert advice on specific areas of your venture.
