Recognition and career development

Recognising professional learning gained through experience and acknowledging the outstanding achievements of staff is integral to our approach. It promotes and highlights the “communal cultural wealth” at London Metropolitan University and invigorates staff engagement with CAP Experiential Route Scheme for AdvanceHE Fellowship. CTE contribution here includes the development and management of the University’s CAP in Academic Practice (Advance HE Fellowship) Scheme and Teaching Fellowships Scheme, and participation in Advance HE’s Aurora programme for women’s leadership development.
