Ray gained a MA Strategic Planning, University of Greenwich and a MSc Applied Management Research, London Metropolitan University. Ray has worked in the financial and education sectors throughout his career. He has held senior marketing positions in some of the largest banks in the UK, and the civil service. He has taught part-time for a number of professional bodies and has worked full-time in the educational sector for 8 years. Ray is now a Principal Lecturer at the University.He is also a member of the East of England CIM Board and an External Examiner for Staffordshire University.
