Bianca Barbi

Bianca is a Lecturer in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and Allied Health Professional Practice at the School of Human Sciences.

Bianca is a Registered Dietitian with a BSc and MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics. After graduating as a member of the Dean's List of Academic Excellence from the University of Sydney, Australia, Bianca pursued her career in Nutrition Research in Milan, Italy. She then worked in the field of Medical Affairs across Australia and the UK, specialising in Paediatric Nutrition.

Bianca teaches across several modules in the School of Human Sciences including: Dietetics and Nutrition BSc, Dietetics BSc, Human Nutrition (including foundation year) BSc, Dietetics and Nutrition MSc.
 
Bianca's interests include nutrition support, weight management and obesity, nutritional psychiatry, paediatric nutrition and life cycle nutrition.
