The department offers a broad range of full and part-time postgraduate courses in art, media and design disciplines. These include Taught MAs, MAs By Research, MPhil and Phd. We also offer a three month International Pre-Masters (graduate certificate) course for international students, which combines preparation for postgraduate study in a creative discipline with English Language classes.

The quality and variety of research projects carried out by the department’s highly experienced staff can be seen on our RAE (Research Assessment Exercise) pages.

Whichever course you choose you will benefit from excellent teaching and support, well-resourced facilities and a stimulating experience in an exciting multi-disciplinary environment. Up-to-date technology, active links with industry and professional organisations, experienced visiting lecturers and artists-in-residence will ensure that your postgraduate experience at "the Cass" is challenging and productive.

Our striking Graduate Centre designed by Daniel Libeskind, at our North Campus is at the heart of postgraduate academic culture at the University. It provides a focus for all aspects of postgraduate development and provision throughout the University, through Postgraduate Centres and Research Offices at both campuses.
