Prof. Laurence Harbige was part of the organising committee for the 15th Congress of the Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL) that took place in Nantes, France. The biennial event, which serves as a melting pot of lipid-related research, provided a unique platform for Prof. Harbige to share insights into the critical role of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids in the metabolism, inflammation, and pathogenesis of Type 2 diabetes.
