Bad jokes and climate protests: using design to encourage action

The second Cass Visual Communication lunchtime talk is with Josie Tucker, designer, visual communicator, freelancer and the founder and creative director of non-profit climate club Adapt.

Josie's work at Adapt (which she co-runs with her partner Richard Ashton) is design, humour, and contemporary culture focused, and aims to simplify and demystify climate communication and promote action! Josie is also Head of Visual Identity for the Brainchild Festival. When Josie isn't making work about climate change, she likes to design for music and events! With this talk she will discuss how she uses design to facilitate action such as her current campaign, Are You a FossilFool?
