Fine Art graduate wins national award
A recent BA Fine Art graduate from The Cass has won a national award.
Charlotte Aiken, who graduated this summer, won the ARTIQ Graduate Art Prize for her work ‘Interruption’, a triptych first seen at The Cass Summer Show 2017. The winner was judged by public vote with 3500 votes cast.
She says: “I’m so grateful for all the support and votes I received. This award provides me with the chance to launch my career as an artist and I feel so lucky to be given this opportunity”.
The annual award is run by ARTIQ and global law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills, is now in its fifth year showcasing artwork from some of the best BA and MA graduates in the UK.
