Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities
The Faculty of Applied Social Sciences and the Faculty of Humanities, Arts, Languages and Education merged on 1st August 2011 to become The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The decision was made to create an outstanding Faculty with some very exciting synergies and strengths. Building on our excellent QAA scores for our high quality teaching, the new faculty embeds practice, theory and employability into all of its courses.
