I was studying astrophysics at Queen Mary University but after the first year I realised that I didn't enjoy studying all that physics. So I decided to change for a subject that I enjoyed much more — maths — and I got in through Clearing.

I applied through Clearing because I was quite late in making a decision about going to university and I came in as a mature student. I heard about London Met and thought I’d get in contact. The person who I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

I came to see London Met over the summer, way after all the other unis – and that’s when I realised I should have applied here instead.
