Time to get active!
We are committed to developing and sustaining exercise, fitness and a healthy well-being for staff and students at London Met.
We have an extensive programme of fitness classes with a variety of exercise, holistic classes and recreational activities to choose from. Fitness and Recreation is a great opportunity to get involved in sporting and fitness activities that are fun and builds your overall health and fitness levels. Our staff are very helpful and friendly and will happily give you information on the classes and how to become a member.
With your card you can benefit from these classes and the use of our two gyms with a wide range of equipment and fixed weight machines from 8am - late and at weekends.
In addition to this, we offer outdoor activities. There are further charges for this, which will be listed on the website or the information can be obtained from the Sports Centre and Fitness Centre receptions.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in sport and recreation at the University and the Fitness and Recreation Team hopes that you enjoy the program of activities.
