Schools and Colleges

The UK Student Recruitment team provides advice and guidance on progression into Higher Education and studying at London Metropolitan University.

We offer an extensive range of activities for prospective students, teachers and advisors in schools and colleges, aiming to improve understanding of the Higher Education system and going to university.

Our programme of talks and workshops cover a range of subjects relating to applying and studying at university and can be delivered in schools and colleges.

We are always eager to encourage teachers and their student with a keen interest in studying at London Met to visit us.

Taster days are a great way of finding out more about a specific subject area and studying at university.  These are usually delivered at the University by academics from the subject area.

Attending an open day is the best way for your students to find out more about a university they would like to study at.  We hold Undergraduate Open Days in June and October where you can speak to academics, meet current students and view the facilities.

For students who are unable to make an open day we run regular tours of both our North and City campus.

Each year we organise an HE Advisers Conference for school and college advisers, keeping you up-to-date with current developments within the HE sector.  Presentations from our July event can be found by clicking here.

If you want to contact us to discuss any of the above activities then please email study@londonmet.ac.uk or phone 020 7320 3453.
