Omega-3 Fatty Acids
London Metropolitan is a leading centre of research on essential
fatty acids. The work is led by Prof Michael Crawford of the Institute of Brain Chemistry and Human Nutrition. The Nutrition Policy Unit contributes to the translation of the
research to policy.
