CLARC aims to help develop the university’s profile and marketing strategy in the Caribbean and Latin America, building partnerships, recruiting students, carrying out research projects and providing consultancy to companies wishing to do business in the region.

CLARC provides objective and reliable research on the Caribbean and Latin America, supports the provision of high quality courses and research supervision in Caribbean and Latin American Studies within the university and provides consultancy, and educational tourism services as well as seeking educational collaboration projects with partners in the region.

In addition, CLARC enriches the cultural and academic environment within LondonMet and enhances the students’ experience of education, as well as assisting in the development of area studies programmes within the University.
