  • Bid writer and academic lead for a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Greater London Fostering which involves working to develop efficient and scaleable information and and knowledge management practices to underpin key business processes and organisational growth, whilst ensuring the presence of robust operational risk management systems.
  • The KTP activities will also focus on relationship building with foster families who comprise GLF's single most asset. We will seek to clearly identify and start to address the needs and priorities of foster families vis-à-vis their relationship with GLF. This will include the development and support of 'communities of practice' which will offer ongoing access to information and support networks, and which will seek to enhance the building of social capital amongst foster families.
